Caruba 1/4" Fastener
The Caruba 1/4" Fastener is a good alternative for the BlackRapid FastenR-3.
It is a sturdy screw for attaching your camera to a carrying strap (with carabiner). Screw the screw into the socket on the bottom of the camera body and click the hook of your carrying strap through the eye. The cork prevents scratches and provides a better grip.
