BRESSER Phase Contrast Set for Science Infinity Microscope

To enhance contrast according to the refraction index and the thickness of the preparations. The phase contrast set contains four different irises, four different phase contrast objectives (10x, 20x, 40x, 100x oil) and a green color filter. A collimating eyepiece allows easy aligning.
This method is especially suitable for non-stained, low contrast samples ( epithelium cells , amoeba , white blood cells ) and will also help with visibility of bacteria. Therefore it is used in cell culture and life science where color staining cannot be used.
One position of the filter holder is free. Thus the phase contrast set can also be used as a brightfield condenser with iris diaphragm.
