Byomic Stereo Microscope BYO-ST341 LED

The Byomic Stereo Microscope BYO-ST341 LED is a professional trinocular microscope with plan-achromatic objectives for faithful reproduction and reduction of chromatic abberation. The BYO-ST341 LED is used by advanced users for professional purposes. Because the microscope has two plan achromatic zoom lenses (adjustable from 0.75x - 5x), a magnification of 7.5 - 50x can be achieved with the two wide angle eyepieces of 10x. It is possible to adjust the dioptre for both eyes so that extremely sharp images can be obtained during observations.

Body

The BYO-ST341 LED has a solid metal housing with an integrated table measuring 130 by 130 mm which is equipped with two solid clamps that hold a specimen well in position. As a result, it does not shift during observation. In the table there is a contrast plate of Ø95mm. This contrast plate is white on one side and black on the other side, so that certain specimens with a different contract can be observed. There is also an illuminating glass included, so that specimens can be illuminated with light from below.

Eyepieces

Because the BYO-ST341 LED is equipped with two wide-angle eyepieces, you have a large field of vision and excellent depth of field. The plan achromatic lenses ensure less chromatic abberation and reproduce the colours naturally. This makes the microscope extremely suitable for photo and video applications. The BYO-ST341LED has a third tube to which you can connect your DSLR camera using the optional Byomic DSLR Camera Adapter and T2 adapter ring (see optional accessories). This makes it possible to take pictures of all observations. The supplied camera tube ensures that this optional Byomic DSLR Camera Adapter is mounted correctly in the tube.
The eyepieces have a viewing angle of 45 degrees, allowing the microscope to be used in a relaxing position. The distance between the eyes is adjustable between 55 and 75 mm and both eyepieces can also be dioptre adjusted so that you can get a clear view of the subject. The supplied Premium eyecups can be slid over the eyepieces so that you are not distracted from movements you observe around the eyepiece and it is easier to maintain the correct distance to the lens. By using these eyecups it is possible to fully focus on the subject which benefits the perception.

Illumination

The lighting can be operated with the two switches. The switch on the left is to switch the backlight on or off. The switch on the right is for the illumination which can also be changed in brightness with the wheel on the front. This ensures that the sample always has the right amount of light. The maximum height is approximately 220 mm, measured between the table and the objective. Larger objects are also possible, because the microscope can be rotated 360°.
In addition to the Ø95mm dialect slide, a Ø95mm contrast plate in black and white is also supplied, so that you can also work with contrast.

Application Byomic Stereo Microscope BYO-ST341 LED

The BYO-ST341 LED is a professional microscope but also suitable for the real enthusiast. The optics of the microscope is of high quality and reflects the colors naturally. This microscope has three tubes, making it possible for the observer to observe with both eyes and at the same time make photo and/or video recordings.
The Byomic Stereo Microscope BYO-ST341 LED is suitable for viewing stamps and coins as well as observing plants, insects and other small animals. Also for viewing minerals and gemstones or working with small electronics and / or soldering on a circuit board are no problem for this microscope.

With another set of eyepieces a different magnification can be achieved. This microscope uses eyepieces with a diameter of 30mm (see optional accessories).
