Do you have a StudioKing B-2WE, B-3WE, B-4WE or B-6WE? And is the motor defective? Then order a replacement here. The motor is delivered including the roll holder. The roller holder on the other side is not included.

Application StudioKing Motorized Roller Holder for Electric Backdrop System

To connect, place the roll holder with motor in the wall bracket with controller. Plug the cable into the controller. Once you have done that you can immediately use it and automatically roll up and unroll your reels.

This item is not suitable for Falcon Eyes systems.
