In connection with a tripod, the Boom is a convenient solution for setting highlights or general lightings from above. The lighting range of your studio flashes will be enlarged about a further dimension. Studio flashes, which are mounted on the extension arm in two sections, can be extended up to a length of 170cm und will be balanced through an approx. 2000g heavy counterweight. Thanks to the standardized spigot connection 5/8 inch with 1/4 inch thread, the extension arm is suitable for all common studio flashes. The Boom can be mounted on every tripod through a screwing device.
Please ensure a stable position and even weight distribution as to avoid the tilting of the boom stand.
