Versatile & Lightweight Collapsible Light Modifier
Versatile & Lightweight Collapsible Light Modifier
Envisioned by photographer, Manny Ortiz, this 36" beauty dish is an ultra-portable modifier perfect for full-length portraits and beauty headshots. Built with convenience in mind, this beauty dish directs a soft, yet crisp pattern of light straight toward your subject. The included flat metal deflector plate minimizes hot spots and creates stunning and dramatic beauty light output.
Full Body Portraits
This 36" beauty dish is a perfect choice for full-length portraits, headshots, fashion, and on-location photography. It opens in seconds like an umbrella for easy assembly and transport.
Beauty Headshots
The included metal deflector plate helps redirect light for softer output by eliminating the hot spot for stunning and dramatic beauty lighting. The beauty dish’s round shape provides natural-looking catchlights in your subject’s eyes.
Designed for Convenience. Engineered to Last.
The Beauty Dish Switch opens quickly like an umbrella for easy setup and transport. It’s constructed with ultra-durable components including an all-metal locking collar and 16 all-metal ribs for years of use in the field. This design minimizes weight, eliminates the need for separate support rods, and makes setup a breeze. Everything is simple, quick, and compact. After your shoot, the Beauty Dish breaks down instantly for storage in the included carry case.
Premium Fabrics
Our diffusion panels are constructed with an all-natural, unbleached nylon fabric. Unlike processed diffusion fabrics, these diffusers will soften your light source without altering its color temperature. The Beauty Dish's interior is reflective and softening, perfect for creating neutral highlights in beauty and fashion portraits.
Interchangeable Light Mounts
This beauty dish is designed with a quick-release thumb lock for quickly changing Switch Inserts for mounting strobes, speedlites, and constant lights. These interchangeable light mounts allow you to attach a light to any Switch light modifier in an instant. Simply slide the durable, all-metal adapter into the beauty dish’s rear tabs and secure in place with the thumb lock.
