The SmallRig 870 15mm Carbon Fiber Rod 20cm 8 inch (2pcs) is the new version of carbon fiber rod with a more smooth surface. It fits in a 15mm rod clamp but its surface is not shiny any more because we have redesign it based on some customers advice. The carbon fiber rods are much lighter than stainless steel rods, but carbon fiber rods are incredibly rigid and durable. ,
