The Shoulder Mount from SHAPE is a shoulder rig system with lightweight support (LWS) for the Panasonic AU-EVA1 camera. It includes one EVAB15 Baseplate with Rod Bloc, one HAND5 Quick Handle with Rod Bloc and Push Button System, a pair of 15mm 18" rods, and one shoulder pad support.
The baseplate is designed for use with the Panasonic AU-EVA1, and features four attachment points for securely mounting the camera. It includes a pair of 15mm rods that are 18” long and run through the length of the baseplate. The handle and shoulder pad allow you to use the rig for handheld or tripod shooting.
The Quick Handle features two handles that can rotate individually on a 360° axis by pushing the red push button system. Once the buttons are released, the handles are secured firmly in place. You can achieve precise positioning by sliding the Rod Bloc system along the 15mm rods, securing the handles with the red knob on the Rod Bloc.
SHAPE Baseplate with 15mm Rod System for Panasonic AU-EVA1
Mount your Panasonic AU-EVA1 camera on a tripod or shoulder rig using this Baseplate with 15mm Rod System from SHAPE. The baseplate kit includes a baseplate, a camera mounting plate for the Panasonic AU-EVA1, and two 15mm rods that measure 12" in length.
The durable baseplate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads on the bottom for mounting on a tripod or rig, and the plate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 captive camera mounting screws for securing your camera to the baseplate. Rubber pads on the top of the camera plate prevent your camera from scratches as well as twisting.
The baseplate also features two 15mm rod blocks to mount your camera onto a 15mm LWS rod system. The two 12" 15mm rods are secured in the blocks with locking levers. An Allen wrench is included to secure the camera, and it mounts via a magnet on the bottom of the baseplate.
SHAPE 15mm Rods (18", Pair)
These Shape's 15mm Rods are a pair of 18" long rods that fit studio and LWS 15mm rod clamps, allowing you to use available rod mounted accessories. This pair of rods are approximately 18" long and machined from hollow aluminum tubes. The rods feature chamfered ends that make it easier to insert into available 15mm rod clamps.
SHAPE Quick Handle + Rod Block
The Shape Quick Handle + Rod Block is a professional video stabilization accessory with 2 camera handles, each providing an individual rotation angle of 360°. You can attach the handle to the camera platform using a simple screw knob. A simple push button located at the articulation allows easy attachment and removal.
Combined with the anodized aluminum Rod Block, the Quick Handle offers composite camera support for all 15mm rods. You can achieve precise positioning by sliding the Quick Handle along the rods and tightening the small red knob located on the Rod Block. With 2 screw-threaded holes, the Rod Block provides for attachment of components such as the Quick Handle.
