Carson Handheld Magnifier Aspherical 2x110mm AS-95 with LED

The Carson AS-95 is a compact handheld magnifier with 2x magnification, a 110mm lens and built-in LED lighting. Ideal for reading small print, even in low light situations. The magnifier has an aspherical lens. This provides a clearer image while greatly reducing edge-to-edge distortion.

To further magnify small sections, it has a spot lens (7x magnification). This is located on the grip. The magnifier is equipped with an ergonomic plastic handle. The magnifier has built-in LED lighting, which you can power using two AAA batteries (not included). You install these batteries in the compartment at the bottom of the handle. You can manually turn the lights on and off and you can also set the LEDs in two brightness levels. You control this by means of the slider on the housing.

The lens is made of crystal clear acrylic. Compared to glass, acrylic is lighter in weight and has a higher resistance to scratches.
