Description
The Yongnuo YN128 II is a medium-sized ring LED flash with infinitely adjustable light colour temperature, a built-in mirror and a phone holder.
The lamp panel consists of 128 LEDs, half of which emit light at a colour temperature of 3200 K and the other half at 5500 K. Thanks to the functionality of varying the intensity of the light generated by each group of LEDs, the lamp offers the possibility of continuously adjusting the power and colour temperature of the light, between 3200 K and 5500 K. The natural characteristics of the emitted light are evidenced by the high CRI coefficient (95+). A diffusion panel, located on the front of the lamp, protects the diodes from damage while diffusing the light and giving it a pleasant softness.
The YN128 II lamp was designed with make-up artists and video bloggers in mind. A mirror has been placed in the central part to facilitate make-up work. The entire panel can be mounted on the included flexible stand, allowing the lamp to be placed in a comfortable position. The threads used to connect the lamp to the stand are made in the 1/4″ standard, guaranteeing compatibility with the majority of photographic tripods available on the market.
The phone holder located below the mirror will be appreciated by amateurs of selfies, mobile photography and vloggers using their phone for recording.
Control of the flash can be done via a dial located just next to the smartphone mount or using a mobile app.
The universal micro USB port means that the YN128 II can be powered using a smartphone charger, power bank or computer USB socket. Thanks to this useful feature, the flash can be used virtually anywhere.
