Description
The Newell C800D is a robust, full-featured battery grip for the Canon EOS 77D, 800D, 9000D, T7i, X9i cameras. This device allows a better grip on the camera, improves comfort when shooting vertically and extends the operation without changing the batteries in the camera.
Additional power source
The Grip has two main functions. One is to extend the life of the camera by providing an additional power source. An additional LP-E17 battery can be inserted into the battery pack. Such a solution enables more intensive and longer work without the fear of losing power when least expected.
Improved ergonomics
The second important function of the grip is to improve comfort when shooting both vertically and horizontally. The specially designed shape and finish of durable and tactile rubber material provides a comfortable and secure grip, so that the camera lies perfectly in the hand.
Enhanced functionality
The grip provides quick access to the camera’s basic functions thanks to a series of ergonomically placed buttons and dials. The grip is equipped with:
- on/off switch
- two-stage shutter release – a light press on the button allows you to set the focus, pressing all the way down releases the shutter in the same way as the button on the camera itself (the transfer of information on pressing the trigger is carried out via a connection cable, clipped to the side of the device)
- additional belt clip
- 1/4″ tripod thread – attachment that allows the use of a camera tripod without removing the grip from the camera

The Newell Grip is a robust, fully functional grip for the Canon EOS 77D, 800D, 9000D, T7i, X9i cameras. It works with Canon LP-E17 batteries, Newell cells and replacements from other manufacturers.
