You can use the Neroflash cable from Miops to connect an external DSLR-flash to your Smart Trigger. The cable is compatible with almost any flash, because of the universal X-contact. The cable has a length of 31.5 cm.

;You can connect the first side of the cable to the special connector of the Smart Trigger. This connector is hidden behind the orange cover at the left side. You need to connect the other side of the cable to the X-contact of your flash. When the Smart Trigger sends a signal to your camera to flash, there will be send a signal to your flash at the same time.
