The Boya 2.4 GHz Tie Pin Microphone BY-WM3U is a compact wireless microphone set for use with smartphones, tablets, DSLR cameras, camcorders, laptops and audio recorders. The Boya BY-WM3U uses the 2.4GHz band. Both the transmitter and the receiver have a compact housing which makes the Boya BY-WM3U suitable for making instructional videos, vlogs and interviews, among other things. The unit is supplied in a wireless charging case which, in addition to charging, is also used to connect the transmitter and receiver. The supplied adapters and windscreen can also be stored in this charging case. The unit weighs only 129 grams, with the transmitter and receiver weighing only 10.5 and 9.5 grams respectively. Both the transmitter and the receiver are made of high quality plastic.

The Boya 2.4GHz Microphone Wireless BY-WM3U for USB-C is a complete "Reporter-kit" that is easy to use and because of its compactness hardly noticeable during use. The receiver can be connected to the desired device using one of the supplied adapters, while the transmitter with integrated microphone is attached to your clothing with the clip. As a result, the microphone does not bother you during use and you can move freely.
Wireless charging case:
The charging case has a built-in battery which can be used to charge the transmitter and receiver both twice. Because of this you are not dependent on a power source and the whole set can be charged between recordings. For example, when you change location. Fully charging both the transmitter and the receiver takes ± 2 hours when they are completely empty. The transmitter will last ± 4.5 hours on a full charge while the receiver will last ± 8.5 hours on a full charge. Charging the charging case takes ± 2 hours.
