Description
The Saramonic SR-C2004 splitter from mini Jack TRS 2x mini Jack TRS is a 33cm splitter for 3.5mm TRS plugs that will easily allow you to connect 2 signal sources to one mini Jack audio input on devices such as cameras, wireless receivers, mixers or audio recorders. On one end of the cable there is an angled male connector. Thanks to this construction it will not excessively protrude above the device to which it will be connected. On the other side of the splitter there are two male three-pin mini Jack plugs. The cable ends are fully compatible with wireless receivers equipped with a safety lock input, but you can also successfully connect them to any traditional 3.5 mm jack socket. The splitter also uses gold-plated contacts, which guarantee a crystal-clear signal and protect the splitter’s metal components from corrosion.
Extend the possibilities of audio recording
The Saramonic SR-C2004 splitter uses a stereo Y cable, so channels can be split and a separate audio track recorded on each. It’s an easy and inexpensive way to expand the audio recording capabilities of cameras, recorders or other devices equipped with a single 3.5mm stereo jack, where you can connect two wireless receivers this way, for example.
Optimal length and convenient access to equipment
33 cm is the optimum length for a convenient and comfortable way to connect wireless receivers to your camera or camcorder, without exposing yourself to the inconvenience of an excessive number of wires tangled around the equipment. The use of angled mini Jack 3.5 mm connector additionally facilitates non-invasive plugging the splitter into the audio input.
Two receivers, one camera and no mixer!
The Saramonic SR-C2004 splitter connects quickly and conveniently to such receivers as the Saramonic Blink500, UwMic9, UwMic15, VmicLink5 or SR-WM4C. Thanks to the use of universal technological solutions, the cable also works with most other wireless audio systems that are available on the market.
One input – multiple audio sources
Looking for a way to connect multiple microphones, wireless receivers or other audio sources to a portable recorder? The Saramonic SR-C2004 splitter will greatly expand the capabilities of pocket recorders such as the Saramonic SR-Q2 or SR-Q2M. Weighing only 18 grams, this cable will also prove useful as an adapter to take full advantage of the stereo and AUX inputs that popular portable audio mixers offer.
