The tripod platform contains a hollow ball that locks or releases the central column, adding the ability to adjust its vertical position. The way this mechanism works is similar to the hemisphere, only in this case the moving part is the central column. This solution, along with independent leg adjustment, makes preparing the right position for filming in difficult terrain quick and easy.
