Product Features

This product prevents the appearance of calcium stains on the film and possesses antistatic properties. It also has a stabilizing effect and reduces the films curling (especially for PET-based films). Additionally, it decreases drying time.

After this treatment, do not wash the film again.

Instructions

• Before use, dilute the solution with running water; a recommended dilution is 1+99 (1 part chemical to 99 parts water).
• TREATMENT TIME: 30-60 seconds.
• APPLICATION: Mix very gently without inverting the container to avoid excessive foam formation on the surface. To prevent the washing bath from leaving marks on the rolls and contaminating further processing, it is advisable to pour the solution into a basin and then manually immerse the film.
• SHELF LIFE: The concentrated solution, if stored in its original container, has no expiration date. However, the working solution should be used within 2 weeks.
