Ideal for Portrait Photography
Expertly capture stunning portraits with the Meike 85mm f/1.4 AF STM Lens Fullframe L Mount. With a large F1.4 aperture and smooth STM motor, this lens delivers sharp and clear images. This lens is the ultimate choice for professional portrait photography.
Highlights
- Ideal for portrait photography
- Gives a soft bokeh effect
- A focus distance of 0.63m
Lens Construction
The lens features 8 groups of 13 elements, including a double-sided multilayer coating, 4 ED lenses, and 2 high refractive lenses, which effectively control chromatic aberration (CA), ghosting, and flare. The closest focusing distance is 0.63m, and the ability to shoot macro is equally impressive.
MTF Graphic
With 12 aperture blades for a softer bokeh effect, the small depth of field created makes the background more blurred to emphasize the subject when taking portraits. At the same time, the shutter speed can be increased accordingly to freeze the moment under the same parameters.
Quiet and Smooth Focusing
Equipped with an STM stepper motor, the lens provides a silent and smooth focusing experience. It supports AF (Auto Focus), electronic aperture adjustment, and EXIF information transfer. The 85mm f/1.4 is a high-resolution lens for portrait photography that can focus with a soft background blur, giving you a clear image for everyday shooting.
